Description:
Build a tool that automatically generates documentation from OA projects.

Output:

• DP structure diagrams
• Panel overview (might be used the idea from ctrllpcheck quality gates. There was an doxygen builder also for panels)
• Script references
• Alarm matrix
• HTML documentation

Acceptance Criteria:

• Generates HTML docs from OA project folder
• Includes at least 4 documentation sections
• Provides diagrams in SVG format
• Includes CLI usage example
• include QHP docs for WinCC OA Assistant
• the output must be usable for AI.
